Disputes regarding vendor products should first be directed to the vendor, then to our customer support if unresolved.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is available on our Help Center. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our return policy. Certain items may be excluded from returns as specified in the product listing.

8. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOPNEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
